Aren't there some translations in which where the divine name is "LORD", the initial "L" is capitalised, and the "ORD" is printed with small caps?
One of the frustrating things in some Bible software is when the "ORD" part gets rendered not only as small caps, but as subscripted small caps, such that it becomes ridiculously small. This is just a general comment based on recalled observations from the distant past.
