As a follow up to this post, David Ker has just reported (via facebook) positively after trying http://lexiquepro.com/ Lexique Pro as a lexicon editor.
He writes, "Having a lot of good luck editing my Nyungwe lexicon directly inside of Lexique Pro 3.2.3. If I were starting from scratch I would probably use http://www.wesay.org/wiki/ WeSay since it is built on LIFT rather than SFM." Maybe this is something to take note of for SWORD dictionary modules in future.
