Hi All Is there a reason (security reason, spam reason, ...) why we might not want to have JIRA poll an email address and update jira tasks? This page http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email#CreatingIssuesandCommentsfromEmail-Issue%2FCommentCreation suggests how to set up JIRA to comment on issues if someone replies to it.
This would be particularly helpful as we wouldn't need to login to JIRA to have a conversation about a feature... Is the j...@crosswire.org email address manned? Chris
