It's the same in Bibletime as in Xiphos.
I think that the reason for this is because in the osis.xml for the KJV it has
<osisText osisIDWork="KJV" osisRefWork="defaultReferenceScheme" xml:lang="en">
at the top of the xml.
If it had canonical="true" after xml:lang="en" it might display the
acrostic stanza titles anyway.
Unless there's an error in Bibletime, Xiphos code.
