Barry, It might have made it easier for list members to help him if he'd actually named the front-end application, rather than just referring to "your product".
Was he referring to The SWORD Project for Windows (aka http://crosswire.org/sword/software/biblecs/ BibleCS )? Or some other font-end? cf. BibleCS has not been updated as a Win32 binary since May 19th, 2008. It wouldn't surprise me if 64-bit Windows complained about it, though this usually happens when any application requires 64-bit versions of dependent DLLs. Maybe you should just advise your friend to download and install http://www.xiphos.org/ Xiphos instead. I'm using Windows 7 (64-bit) and Xiphos is working fine for me.
