I have a strong hunch that John Austin must have had to construct such a mapping for http://code.google.com/p/xulsword/ xulsword .
His http://www.ibt.org.ru/english/bible/info_bible_en.htm MK application for IBT supports seamless transition between KJV and RST v11ns, albeit for just the 66 protocanonical books. It may therefore be useful to examine the source code for xulsword, to see if this includes the relevant XML file for such a mapping.
