From the user's point of view of raising this issue, even if "Personal" commentary is not portable, it does not bother me at this case.
I just need a tool to build a Sword "commentary" module with an full Bible resources environment, like parallel view , Dictionaries and other commentaries. if porting Personal commentary is too global in Sword to fix, adding a conversion tool in Xiphos to produce Sword Commentary Module from Personal Module will work for my situation.
