Good morning,

The Scriptures 1998 is copyrighted, but permission is given to distribute it in
CrossWire's different formats.

Unfortunately, the Institute for Scripture Research do not have the skills to
convert it into the different formats and anyone from the CrossWire community
is welcome to do so.

In His Name,

Johan Marais
Vice Chairman
Institute for Scripture research

Subject: [sword-devel] The Scriptures translation from the Institute of
Scripture Research

Can anyone shed any light on this text? It seems to say that we have
permission to distribute the module (looking in the .conf of the module), so
does that mean I can throw it on the PocketSword website (which is hosted on
the CrossWire web server) for ppl to download it? Seems strange that they only
distribute it in a binary (installer) format for Windows -- I was able to pull
the module out of that .exe thanks to the joys of wine (winehq.org) working
very nicely on Macs now-a-days :)

Thanks all, ybic
        nic... :)
