[sword-devel] Mac OSX Development Setup

Trying to help a friend get their Mac setup to compile SWORD, I did some 
hunting and discovered that searching our wiki and also a google search 
on crosswire.org does not turn up any results.  Could someone respond to 
this thread with a quickstart for development from a vanilla Mac?  It 
would be most appreciated by me, and by anyone else searching our site 
for: Mac OSX Development Setup  :)
