This reply is really for the benefit of other CrossWire developers. The most novel features of the Offline Bible are:
Passage selector: An invisible bar at the top of the window has interactive mouse-over tooltip in chapter increments from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21. Click where you want to read and the passage is displayed. Beats treed menu passage selectors and drop-downs any day! Newspaper columns: The passage viewer is multicolumn, as in a 3 column newspaper article. This makes it a lot easier to read than when a full screen/window width is used for many of the Sword front-ends, when displaying a single module. The programmer is clearly very skilled and creative. btw. He belongs to a Christadelphian meeting in Birmingham, England. - David -- View this message in context: http://n4.nabble.com/Offline-Bible-tp360386p965467.html Sent from the SWORD Dev mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ sword-devel mailing list: sword-devel@crosswire.org http://www.crosswire.org/mailman/listinfo/sword-devel Instructions to unsubscribe/change your settings at above page
