Thanks Greg (& Chris), I have no difficulty in converting the IMP output file encoding to UTF-8.
As a Windows user, I generally use http://www.editpadpro.com/editpadlite.html EditPad Lite to perform this task. It's just that I was surprised that the internal representation of some modules is not UTF-8.
