BibleDesktop has xslt that can be used to transform it to HTML. It
might need a bit of adaptation to get it to work. I think Brian
Fernandes, the creator of FireBible, has done the effort here.
Basically, you can serve the xml along with the xslt to a web browser
to get it to display the text. How to do this differs by browser. I
don't know the details anymore.
One issue with doing this is that of volume. I don't think you'd want
to view a lot of the text at one time.
