A little of topic, but it what state are the RTF filters?
Are they doing the same job as the HTML filter?
I don't know about all the *rtf filters but if you compare the OSIS
html and rtf filters they are remarkably similar, obviously differing
in the "controls" they output.
The if/then/else structure is identical.
