Xiphos has support for Farsi numerals. (on Windows, open a cmd prompt,
cd to Xiphos/bin directory, type "set LC_ALL=fa_IR", then "xiphos",
and you should see the numerals). Oh, and the entire display switches
left to right as well.
Likewise for Bible Desktop.
