/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libxml-2.0.pc is delivered as part of the
libxml2-devel package.

/usr/lib/pkgconfig/gtk+-2.0.pc is from gtk2-devel-2.14.5-3.fc10.i386.
Standard F10, per install DVD and as recently updated at the repo:

Please look again, to find sword-1.5.11-2.fc10.i386.rpm in
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/10/Everything/i386/os/Packages/
