Ah, excellent. I did not know about hbo. I'm guessing that's a 639-3 addition.

On a related note, there are multiple scripts for some languages. I wish there were a standard for scripts that would be ready to use.

ISO 15924 (http://unicode.org/iso15924/iso15924-codes.html) is the standard for scripts.

And the way to combine language, script, & country tags into locale values is described in BCP 47.
