If it's of any help, I can give you the OSIS formatted xml file I generated from the .doc files, since things are cleared. It doesn't have that problem. The difference though is that my personal module does not have the paragraph divisions. When I have time, I'll modify my script to add divisions. Regardless, let me know how you want to fix things. If you prefer to do the fix on your copy, that's fine. If there's some svn repository where the AraSVD Beta module is maintained, please let me know. By the way, I suggest that the module be separate from the AraSVD and that it be called AraSVDDiac. Diac is the abbreviation for diacritics, which is a general term that describes all the marks that exist in Arabic. Vowels are only a subset of the marks (although they are the most frequent). Other marks include glottal stops and shadda.
