FYI, for Linux users, you can generally get SIL fonts to auto-install from your package manager, as part of the usual repositories for your distribution. For Fedora, these are available: abyssinica-fonts charis-fonts doulous-fonts gentium-fonts (And with that said, I have to add that, for basic Greek and Hebrew purposes, I use Linux Libertine.
