Both Websters (not having checked any other dictionaries) display their markup in MacSword. This happened in all entries I checked.
I would think this is a bug in MacSword rather than the module as I have not seen similar problems in any of the other frontends. As I am using MacSword via a slow VNC connection I can not do much more testing, but guess I should give you a heads up.
