Got it. (More or less.)

The problem _was_ in BibleTime. In the code that generates HTML from OSIS,
composite values of the lemma attribute are all considered, but only get
added to the output if they start with 'G' or 'H'.

I disabled the test and rebuilt BT, and now the lemmas from the CCAT/Tauber
MorphGNT source (which are not always identical to corresponding Strongs
lemmas, and in some cases do not even have a corresponding Strong lemma, but
which do match the entries in my class's UBS4 glossaries) are displayed in
addition to everything else.
