As one example, the NAB (New American Bible, copyright US Conference of Catholic Bishops) is the primary translation read aloud in RC churches in the USA today. It restructures verse order in many sections of the OT. See the USCCB's site for one extreme example: http://www.usccb.org/nab/bible/job/job28.htm
