Concerns of that type are discussed privately--- not publicly. Publishers have yanked licenses because they think that too much piracy has occurred. They have also threatened to yank licenses, because they think that too much piracy is occurring. They have denied permission to distribute resources for some Bible Study software programs, because they think that they will lose to much revenue to piracy.
