I recently discovered a website in Vietnam that mentions Bible Desktop. I would love to see the modules in Vietnamese to grow, and having a Vietnamese language locale would be beneficial in asking for cooperation from copyright holders. I am willing to do the translation or hire someone to do it. I just need some direction about how to do that.
