The Jerusalem Bible uses Dual numbering.
The Oxford Annotated Bible makes it a book on its own.
I've forgotten the version, but it splits it into _The Prayer of
Azariah_, and _The Song of the Three Young Men_. Two new books, not a
part of Daniel 3.

Of course, Prayer Azariah is the simple case. The big issue is with
Esther and Greek Esther. I'd suggest tackling that one first. [My
solution is to simply treat Esther, and Greek Esther as two different
books, making no attempt to map them to each other.]
