g'day,

I copied it to my usual Sword directory. I've tried running in DOS mode 
with the command 'localehelper' and 'localehelper tai.conf'. There is no 
output. I have a slightly non-standard directory name 'program 
files\CrosswireThai.th\The Sword Project\'. But that is where is run the 
current and rc versions of SwordCS.
