DM,

<w lemma="x-Strongs:H03068">the <divineName>LORD</divineName></w>

I agree with you. This seems to me, as well, what should be encoded. Maybe we can get Patrick to add it for us.

Also remember that the <w> tags in the OT were not placed by humans. A very basic algol was used to convert:

word1 word2 {strong1} word3 word4 word5 {strong2} word6 {strong3} word7 word8 word9 {strong4}

into:

<w lemma="strong:1">word1 word2</w> <w lemma="strong:2">word3 word4 word5</w> <w lemma="strong:3>word6</w> <w lemma="strong:4>word7 word8 word8</w>

Most printed Bibles with Strong's numbers merely insert numbers into the text, imply the previous word or some number of words are related to that number. Our NT human tagging allowed us to be exact, even non-contiguous. We don't have this level of markup in the OT.

Dude, I'm so excited about all this work you're putting into this data! I'm sure so many projects (inside and outside of CrossWire) will be blessed by this!

        -Troy.
