Hey guys, can we help Patrick out as he's trying to write the OSIS
user's guide for the latest release? He's looking for a French
footnote. Does anyone have access to what he mentions below?

Another question: Do you have a footnote for Esther 1.1?
For: who ruled over 127 provinces stretching from India to Cush:
The NIV has a note that reads: "That is, the upper Nile region."
I assume a modern French translation has something similar.
