I just hacked together a little OSIS reader using the test OSIS files from ABS, XUL, XSLT, and a little JavaScript.
Grab the zip file and decompress it to a folder. Using either Mozilla or Firefox open the index.htm file and click on "Launch OSISreader." The app doesn't do much other than display the OSIS file in a clean interface. View Help>About OSISreader for more details.
