It's the issue with adding recursive directory downloads to the installmgr functions:
sword/src/mgr/installmgr.cpp
The routines currently download the correct modules/.../ directory that contains the data for a module. It lists the directory and downloads all files.
What it SHOULD do is what it currently does AND ALSO recurse down into any subdirectories and download those files as well.
