I get blank text. mod2imp will give you an uncompressed text ready for importing back into a uncompressed module with imp2vs then compressed with mod2zmod, however I just tried this with the RSV and it didn't work for me either... So I tried again, and was succesful... this is what I did... cd C:\Program Files\CrossWire\The SWORD Project mod2imp RSV >rsv.imp edited rsv.imp to correct Job 19:28 copied rsv.conf to a new file myrsv.conf edited myrsv.conf: changed the module name to myRSV changed the data path to ./my/myrsv/ changed the ModDrv to RawText removed the CompressType and BlockType entries imp2vs rsv.imp ./my/myrsv >myrsv.log Checked the log file, no errors. Ran The Sword Project, and a new module myRSV appeared, with the corrected Job 19:28 (getting to this stage is where I had a problem earlier, and would get a blank display) mod2zmod myRSV ./my/myrsv 4 2 >rsvz.log check the log file, no unexpected errors changed the myrsv.conf to have ModDrv=zText CompressType=ZIP BlockType=BOOK deleted: my/myrsv/nt my/myrsv/ot my/myrsv/nt.vss my/myrsv/ot.vss myrsv.log rsvz.log rsv.imp Ran the sword project and myRSV is still there, working, with one verse corrected. > Job 18: 28 If you say, `e him!' and, `s found in him'; The RSV looks like it was downloaded and converted from http://ota.ahds.ac.uk/ I just downloaded the text from there again, and it appears corrupted at the source.
