I have several Bibles in my home. The one I inherited from my father is an Authorized KJV printed by A.J. Holman Company in Philadelphia AND Eyre and Spottiswoode Limited in London. I have a dinnerware business and have been wanting to use some of the prayers printed in the above subject bible. (The mission of the dinnerware business is to define and strengthen family values and to convey a Christian home environment for families to grow in biblical themes and principles, thereby contributing to the glory of God, and our hope and faith in our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ as One.) These prayers in this particular Authorized KJV are simply beautiful. There is no author's name, but under each prayer (Morning Prayer, For the Day, For the Evening) is a biblical verse such as Jeremiah 33:3, Psalm 32:8, II Timothy 1:7. ------------- I have tried finding the website and phone number and address of A.J. Holman Company in Philadelphia but have not been successful. Do you have any advice or guidance for obtaining "copyright permission"? This particular Bible was printed in 1/73. |
