[sword-devel] new Bible release (Wulfila - Bishop Wulfila Gothic Bible)

The first of many releases that should appear over the next few days. 
People have been sending me modules over the last few months that I'm 
just catching up with.

Wulfila replaces the old GothicA and GothicB translations and is our 
first Plane 1 Unicode module (so it needs Code2001).  It's been 
available as a beta for a while, but is now released publicly since it 
required 1.5.6.
