[sword-devel] 1.5.6

Windows binaries of 1.5.6 are officially released and online for 
download.  The 1.5.6 source is not online yet.  I'd like the other 
frontends to build their releases and confirm that everything works 
well, then we'll package up the 1.5.6 engine release.
