There are some stylesheet language XXX (don't remember its name) similar to CSS, but in XML (XML varaint of CSS). It is easy to convert XXX -> CSS (by XSLT). We can style OSIS files with XXX. Then we can converting OSIS -> HTML, also convert XXX -> CSS.
