OK. I went back with the same config as below and generated the files fine. The only
question I have left is this: is it common to have to manually manipulate the *.bdt
files? I ran thml2gbs on Calvin's Institutes and Harmony of the Law in 4 volumes, all
in XML (thml). I realize the Harmony presents problems because it is laid out in
chart format. However, Institutes is flat in relation. But the thml2gbs caught all
the head tags, but missed all the text underneath. For example, there are simply
Roman Numerals in the left pane. The text pane only lists the topic sentence. I
manipulated the first of the bdt file, and corrected some of the problems. So,
question is is this a problem with the source, the conversion process, or what? Or is
it the norm?

Thanks,
Jason
