There is a new Windows installer available for testing. It is the
starter pack version of the installer and should include the fix for
pointing to the correct help file, any locales updates I've received in
the past month and also includes installing of SIL's Ezra fonts (2
versions).
This version of the install pretty much represents a reimplementation,
so please test thoroughly. It has been implemented on the CD as well.
