I think this may boil down to a support issue.  If (say) the CEV module
breaks, who is responsible to see it gets fixed?  Is it the Bible
Society because they are the ones who "shipped" the module and received
the money?  Or is it the Sword team because it's actually the code
that's broke?  Or is it some mix of the two?  And who decides?

See what I mean?

It's a really good idea, though.  The details just have to be worked
out.  For me, it's one of those things were I say, "Let's do this!"
