&File= &Save= Save &As...= will allow you to press Alt+F to activate the file menu, then press s to save or a to save under a different filename. The hotkeys inside a menu (e.g. the file menu) should be unique. But it is no problem to have e.g. &Exit and &Edit as edit will be on the top menu bar and activated by ALT+E, whereas exit will be inside the file menu. Hope that helps!
