Well, this is not exactly a use-case, but I hope you get the idea.

I've very short on time right now.  I'm sorry.  Hope this helps.

I'd really like to be able to attach a precis to linguistic elements
at the paragraph level and above.  For example:

<para precis="Our apostolic agenda is open for all to review.">
...
</para>
