The rational for having the developer's link on the right side of the
Date/Time, is because the three groups of people, "Developers, Volunteers,
and Publishers" logically go together.

My suggestion would be to move "support" up in the top and shorten "User
Documentation" to simply "Docs." But Jonathan likes being very specific. :-)
