When submitting bug reports please provide as much of the following information as you are able and willing.
·       Describe the alleged bug. What happened or failed to happen?
·       Describe the steps to reproduce the bug.
·       List your system configuration.
        ·       processor
        ·       memory
        ·       Windows version
        ·       version of MSIE
·       Identify your version of SWORD (from the Help/About Menu item).
·       And give contact information for follow up questions.
