Hi, Is anyone from UPC/Cablecom on the list?
I’ve had a few complaints from our customers that have sporadic trouble reaching our services. All of them being also UPC/Cablecom customers. Suspecting DNS troubles, I’ve asked one of those customers to switch to Google’s Public DNS and this seems to solve the issue. So the issue is probably between our DNS servers and UPC’s. I’ve tried to reach [email protected] as per the SOA record, but this seems to be an unrouteable address. Thanks and sorry for the noise!
