The files are loading with a maximum of 300kb/s. A MTR shows that all data is transfered via a private peering directly from OVH. As it's very difficult to get someone from the Cablecom network departement via telephone or email support and I've seen there are people from Cablecom on this mailing list, I would like to ask someone from cablecom to contact me about this issue at marco AT naefmarco dot ch for more information.
