Unfortunately it is only a spammer that spamms for many customers. I was not able to stop the spammer itself. In case of university that would have included to sue them but the university make the choice to don't. The spamvertised stuff was some parties in Zürich. It was difficult to get informations on the party organiser and if he really is initiated the spams.
