sometimes it helps to replace the splitter...  I've seen this several times...

Did you turn off and on the device once since the high packet loss started? 
Eventually it could create a more stable DSL link. 
Could be noise from neighbors lines.

I am not sure if mine will help, but it is probably worth a try. 
Else you should probably escalate this to your ISP, which then would check with 
Swisscom.
