I was a member of the NBIP (the dutch foundation for ISPs who were legally bound to comply with interception regulations), and in fact the ISP I worked for directly (www.bit.nl) was a host of two of the physical interception machines because they were sort of in the middle of the country. A good guy to talk to is Pim van Stam and I can introduce you if you have the need.
