Personally I decided just yesterday to switch my main mail domain from an ISP which strongly believes in the combination of blocking by blacklists *and* using a spam filter system domain owners can't tweak or even disable to my own personally configured server. I told them what I consider responsible spam fighting but I know they will never change their system - like thousands of others. Of course my situation is comfortable. Knowing sendmail, Linux etc. *and* having only half a dozen domains to handle which are all mine.
