You can use the ePub version of the book as a source for your translation:

We feature the known translations of the book on that page as well; you might 
take a look at the Chinese translation to see how its translators went about it.

When the book is updated for new versions of Swift, you can use a diffing tool 
like FileMerge or diff to see what's changed in detail. (ePubs hold zipped 
collections of XHTML files.)
