New build-script also appears to pass some CMake variables that aren't used in 
the ninja configuration:

        -- Generating done
        CMake Warning:
          Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:
        
            SWIFT_BUILD_EXAMPLES
            SWIFT_HOST_TRIPLE
