Hi Joe,

Please ignore the swift-2.2-branch for now.  Main development is happening on 
'master'.

The swift-2.2-branch will be used as the release branch for Swift 2.2.  Details 
will be sent out soon, but right now the branch is in a bring up stage to work 
with a specific version of Clang.
